Özet
Ahilik genel olarak birbirini seven, sayan esnafın, iş hayatında ahlaki kuralları esas alan bir esnaf teşkilatlanma modelidir. Ahilikte amaç; İslam inancı ile Türk örf ve adetlerini birleştirerek kişilerin dini, ahlaki, sosyal ve mesleki gelişimlerini sağlamak ve bu sayede toplumsal dengeye ve huzura kavuşmaktır. 13. yüzyıldan itibaren Anadolu’ da yayılmaya başlayan Ahilik Teşkilatı sayesinde; Türk-İslam ahlakı yayılmış, Türklerin şehirleşme süreci hızlanmış ve Türkler egemen güç haline gelmişlerdir. Sonraki yüzyıllarda ise yerleşik hayata geçen ve İslamiyet’e uyum sağlayan Türk şehirlerinde mesleki faaliyetlere ağırlık verilmiş, genel ahlakla birlikte esnaf ve sanatkârların sahip olması gereken ahlaki değerler vurgulanmıştır. Hiç ölmeyecekmiş gibi dünya için, yarın ölecekmiş gibi ahiret için çalışmayı gaye edinen Ahilerin muhakkak bir iş sahibi olmaları gerekmektedir. Zira ekonomik bir meşguliyeti olmayan kişinin ahlakının da gelişmeyeceğine inanılırdı. Anadolu’da Ahiliğin kurucusu ve fikir babası olan Ahi Evran, esnaf ve sanatkârlara yön vermiş, halkın ekonomik durumunu iyileştirmek ve meslek sahibi olmaları için çalışmış, toplumun mutluluk ve refahı için bütün sanat kollarının yaşatılmasının gerekli olduğunu savunmuştur. Kendisi bir debbağ olan Ahi Evran başta debbağlık olmak üzere 32 çeşit mesleğin teşkilatlanmasını sağlamış ve hemen her şehirde sanayi sitelerinin kurulmasına öncülük ederek
esnaf ve sanatkârları örgütlemiştir. Bu çalışmada, Ahilik Teşkilat Yapısı, Ahi Evran’ın
teşkilatlanmalarına öncülük ettiği meslek grupları, bu mesleklerin içerikleri ve pirleri ile ahilik
teşkilatında kabul görmeyen meslekler ve içerikleri anlatılacaktır.

Abstract
Ahi Community is a model of organization which is based on ethical rules in business life and in which tradesmen who love and respect each other in general. The aim of Ahi Community is to ensure the religious, moral, social, and professional development of people by combining the Islamic belief with Turkish customs and traditions, thereby achieving social balance and peace. Thanks to the Ahi Community, which started to spread in Anatolia since the 13th century, Turkish-Islamic morality spread, the urbanization process of the Turks accelerated, and the Turks became the dominant power. In the following centuries, professional activities were emphasized in Turkish cities that settled down and adapted to Islam, and moral values that tradesmen and craftsmen should have been addressed along with ethical behavior. People from this community who aimed to work for the world as if they would never die and work for the hereafter as if they would die tomorrow must have had a job. Otherwise, it was a common belief that the ethical behavior of a person who had no economic preoccupation would never develop. Ahi Evran, the founder and father of the idea of Ahi Community in Anatolia, guided tradesmen and craftsmen and endeavored to improve the economic situation of the people and to help them have a profession. He further argued that it was necessary to keep all branches of art alive for the happiness and welfare of the society. Ahi Evran, who was a tanner himself, promoted the organization of 32 different professions, especially tanning, and guided tradesmen, and craftsmen by leading the establishment of industrial areas in almost every city. This study attempts to provide detailed information about the structure of the Ahi Community, the occupational groups that Ahi Evran pioneered, the contents and leaders of these professions, and the professions and their contents that were not accepted in the Ahi Community.
