TOPLUM EĞİTİM MODELİ OLARAK AHİLİK

ÖZET
Müslüman Türk kültür ve eğitim tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan Ahilik Sisteminin toplum eğitim modelinin temel özelliklerine ilişkin tespitlerde bulunmak bu çalışmanın temel problemini oluşturmaktadır. Böylelikle, gü- nümüz toplum eğitimi alanında yaşanan sorunlara çözüm üretmede kulla- nılmak üzere Ahilik sisteminin özel olarak toplum eğitiminde öne çıkardığı temel boyutlara vurgu yapmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, top- lum eğitimi konusunda çalışmalar yapan bilim insanı, yazar, düşünür, kamu kurumu ve sivil toplum kuruluşu gibi kişi ve kurumların dikkatlerini bu yöne çekmek; aynı zamanda özellikle bilim insanlarının daha derin çalışma ya- pabilecekleri mümbit bir çalışma zemininin oluşmasına katkı sunmak ola- rak özetlenebilir. Çalışma alanyazın incelemesine dayalı olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda Ahilik sisteminde eğitim uygulamalarının toplum eğitimi, meslek aracılığıyla eğitim, sivil toplum kuruluşu kaynaklı eğitim ve denge- leyici eğitim olarak karakterize edilebileceği belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan Ahilik toplum eğitimi modeli çerçevesinde eğitimin amacı, ilkeleri, yöntemle- ri, mekanları ve denetim-değerlendirme uygulamalarına ilişkin tespitler ya- pılmış ve günümüz eğitim uygulamalarına ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT
The main problem of this study is to determine the basic characteristics of the community education model of the Ahi system, which has an important place in the history of Muslim Turkish culture and education. Thus, in order to be used to find solutions to the problems experienced in today’s public education field, it has been tried to emphasize the basic dimensions of the Ahi systemin public education. The main purpose of the study can be summarized as to draw the attention of scientists, writers, thinkers, public institutions and non-governmental organizations related with public education and to contribute to the formation of a feasible working ground where scientists can study deeper. The study was conducted based on the review of the literature. At the end of the study, it was determined that educational practices in the Ahi system can be characterized as community education, education through profession, non-governmental organization-based education and balancing education. On the other hand, within the framework of the Ahi community education model, determinations were made regarding the purpose, principles, methods, venues and inspection-evaluation practices of education and suggestions were made regarding today’s educational practices.
