SEFERLER ÖNCESİNDE TAŞRADAKİ ESNAFIN YAPTIĞI HAZIRLIKLAR VE 1736-1739 OSMANLI-RUS-AVUSTURYA SAVAŞLARINDA ORDUCU ESNAFI

Özet
Osmanlı Devleti’nde sefer dönemlerinde askerin ihtiyacını karşılamak için
farklı hizmet grupları orduda istihdam edilmiştir. Bunlardan biri orducu olarak
adlandırılan esnaf gruplarıdır. Orducular beslenme, giyim-kuşam, barınma
ve harp aletleri gibi sefer sırasında ihtiyaç olan neredeyse her şeyi temin
ederek askerin gereksinimlerini giderirdi. Geri hizmet sınıfı olan orducuların,
böylelikle seferin başarılı olmasına katkı sağladığı düşünülmektedir. Çalışma,
1736-1739 Osmanlı-Rus-Avusturya harplerinde görevlendirilen orducu esnafının
tespitini ihtiva etmektedir. Ayrıca elde edilen verilerden hareketle diğer
savaşlar ile karşılaştırması yapılıp benzerlik ve farklılıklar ortaya konulmaya
çalışılacaktır. Öte yandan Osmanlı Devleti’nin sefer hazırlık sürecinde bilâd-ı
selâse olarak ifade edilen İstanbul, Bursa ve Edirne dışında taşradaki esnaf
gruplarının yaptığı katkı üzerine olacaktır.

THE PREPARATIONS MADE BY PROVINCE
ARTISAN BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN AND THE
MILITARY ARTISANS IN THE OTTOMAN-RUSSIANAUSTRIAN
WARS OF 1736-1739

Abstract
During the campaign periods in the Ottoman Empire, different service
groups were employed in the army to meet the needs of the soldier. One
of them is the artisan group called Military Artisans. These provided almost
everything that was needed during the campaign, such as nutrition, clothing,
shelter and military equipment, preventing the soldier would prevent her from
getting into trouble. It is thought that the military artisans, who are the back
service class, thus contributed to the success of the campaign. The study includes
the identification of artisan groups assigned to the Ottoman-Russian-
Austrian wars of 1736-1739. On the other hand, based on the data obtained,
comparisons with other wars will be made and similarities and differences will
be tried to be revealed. The study is based on the contribution made by artisan
groups in the provinces other than Istanbul, Bursa and Edirne, which are
expressed as bilâd-ı selâse in the preparation process of the Ottoman Empire’s
campaign.
