BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPOR YÜKSEKOKULU ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN AHİLİK VE İŞ AHLAKINA YÖNELİK TUTUMLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI

A THE INVESTIGATION OF ACADEMY OF PYHSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS STUDENTS’ ATTİTUDES TOWARDS AKHISM AND BUSİNESS ETHICS

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin ahilik ve iş ahlakına yönelik tutumlarının araştırılmasıdır. Ahilik Kültürü ve Medeniyeti dersi Ahi Evran Üniversitesi BESYO’da üçüncü dönemde zorunlu seçmeli ders olarak verilmektedir. Bundan dolayı bu dersi alan öğrenciler ile almayan öğrenciler arasında, cinsiyet, yaş ve bölüm değişkenleri ile birlikte ahilik tutumları arasında bir farklılığın olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi BESYO’dan 270, Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesi BESYO’dan 339 olmak üzere toplam 609 öğrenci katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Battal ve Durmuş (2017)’un geliştirmiş oldukları Modern Ahilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 22 programı ile yapılmış ve %95 güven düzeyi ile çalışılmıştır. Veriler normal dağılım göstermediği için parametrik olmayan test tekniklerinden Mann Whitney ve Kruskal Wallis testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Ahi Evran BESYO’da okuyan öğrencilerden ahilik dersi almış olanlarda almayanlara göre Makyavelist olma daha fazladır. Niğde Ömer Halisdemir BESYO ile Ahi Evran BESYO’da okuyan öğrenciler arasında İstikrarlı ve Oportinist olmak açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmaktadır. Buna göre Niğde Ömer Halisdemir BESYO’da okuyan öğrencilerde İstikrarlı olma daha fazladır. Bölümü farklı olan öğrenciler arasında İyi Ahlaklı olmak, Yardımsever ve Hoşgörülü olmak, Selim olmak açısından bölümü öğretmenlik olan öğrencilerde en fazla iken bölümü antrenörlük olanlarda en azdır. Bölümü öğretmenlik olan öğrencilerde Makyavelist olma en fazla iken bölümü yöneticilik olanlarda en azdır. Bölümü öğretmenlik olan öğrencilerde Modern Ahilik en fazla iken bölümü antrenörlük olanlarda en azdır. Ayrıca yaş ve cinsiyet açısından anlamlı faklılık bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the attitudes of the students attending physical education and sports college towards ethics and business ethics. Ahilik Culture and Civilization course Ahi Evran University PESC is offered as a compulsory elective course in the third semester. Therefore, it was researched whether there is any difference between the students who took this course and the students who did not take this course, the gender, age and department variables as well as the attitudes of the ethics. The model of the research is the screening model. A total of 609 students, 270 from Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University PESC and 339 from Kırşehir Ahi Evran University PESC participated in the research. Battal and Durmuş (2017) developed The Scale Of Modern Akhısm. Analysis of the data was done with SPSS 22 program and it was worked with 95% confidence level. The data were analyzed by Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests of nonparametric test techniques since they were not normally distributed. Ahi Evran It is becoming more Machiavellian than the ones who did not take the lesson of Ahish from the students who studied at PESC. Niğde Ömer Halisdemir PESC and Ahi Evran There is a statistically significant difference between the students studying at PESC in terms of being Stable and Oportinist (ac- ting in their own interest). Niğde Ömer Halisdemir According to this, stu- dents who are studying at PESC are more stable. Among the students who- se departments are different, among the students who are part-teachers, the department is the least in terms of being Good Moral, Being Helpful and Tolerant, patient. While the students who are part-teachers are most likely to be Makyavelists (everything in war), the division is least in those who are managers. Students with the Department of Teaching are most at the level of Modern Akhism, while those at the Department of Coaching are the least. It was also found that there was no significant difference in terms of age and gender. Depending on the results of this study; social and cultural activities should be carried out in order to promote the characteristics of cooperation, love and fraternity of the Akhism by the younger generations in the unity and unity of our society. In other universities in our country, courses related to Akhism can be put.
