Bu çalışma, ahilik teşkilatının etik ve müşteri odaklı ilkelerinin günümüz blok zincir teknolojisiyle nasıl bütünleştirilebileceğini kavramsal bir model önerisi çerçevesinde incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ahilik felsefesi, esnafın müşteriyi veli nimet olarak görmesi, kaliteli üretim ve denetimli fiyat uygulamaları gibi iş etiği kurallarıyla tanımlanır. Blok zincir ise, kriptografik olarak birbirine bağlı bloklardan oluşan ve işlemleri merkeziyetsiz şekilde kaydeden bir dağıtık defter yapısıdır. Bu yapı sayesinde işlem kayıtları geriye dönük değiştirilemez ve tüm katılımcılar tarafından doğrulanabilir.
Çalışma, literatür taraması yöntemiyle kavramsal bir model önerisi geliştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu çerçevede, iki sistemin ortak noktaları tartışılarak blok zincirin şeffaflık ve güven sağlayan özelliklerinin ahilikteki dürüstlük ve fiyat denetimi anlayışını destekleyebileceği savunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, akıllı sözleşmelerle adil fiyatlandırma, blok zincir tabanlı itibar ve üyelik sistemleriyle usta-çırak ilişkisi modellerinin dijitalleştirilmesi gibi uygulama senaryoları önerilmektedir.
Çalışma, ahiliğin kültürel mirasını koruyarak dijital ekonomiye uyum sağlama potansiyelini ortaya koymakta ve gelecekte yapılacak alan araştırmaları ile pilot projeler için bir temel sunmaktadır.

INTEGRATİNG AKHİSM PRİNCİPLES WİTH BLOCKCHAİN TECHNOLOGY: A CONCEPTUAL ETHİCS-BASED MODEL PROPOSAL
This study aims to examine how the ethical and customer-oriented principles of the Akhism organization can be integrated with contemporary blockchain technology within the framework of a conceptual model proposal. The philosophy of Akhism is characterized by principles of business ethics such as regarding the customer as a benefactor, ensuring quality production, and implementing regulated pricing practices. Blockchain, on the other hand, is a distributed ledger structure composed of cryptographically linked blocks that records transactions in a decentralized manner. Through this structure, transaction records become immutable and can be verified by all participants.
The study seeks to develop a conceptual model proposal through a literature review method. In this context, by discussing the common aspects of the two systems, it is argued that the transparency- and trust-enhancing features of blockchain can support the understanding of honesty and price control embedded in Akhism. In addition, application scenarios are proposed, such as fair pricing through smart contracts and the digitalization of master-apprentice relationship models through blockchain-based reputation and membership systems.
The study reveals the potential of adapting the cultural heritage of Akhism to the digital economy while preserving its core values, and it provides a foundation for future field studies and pilot projects.
