Ahilik Felsefesi Ve Örgüt Modelinin Dünyadaki Kalkınma Modeli Olan Kooperatife Yansımaları

Özet
Medeniyetlerin beşiği olan Anadolu’nun dünyadaki kalkınma modellerinin gelişimine öncülük etmiştir. Dünyada esnaf örgütlenmeleri mesleki organizasyon ve felsefesi Kırşehir ve bölgesinde gerçekleşmiştir. Bu felsefe ve organizasyon yapısı Ahilik olarak ifade etmenin ve bölgesel kalkınma modellemelerinin yayılmasında Ahilik felsefesi büyük rol oynar.
18.yy. başında Avrupalı araştırmacılar İç Anadolu Bölgesine gelmiş, imece ve mesleki lonca sistemini Avrupa’ya ilk kooperatif, esnaf ve konut kooperatif modelleri olarak ortaya çıkarmışlardır.
Ahilik felsefesinin ilkeleri günümüzde “kooperatifçilik ilkeleri” olarak bilinmektedir. Bu görüş ve ilkeler 12.yy.dan bu yana hala geçerliliğini korumakta ve felsefesiyle insanlara yol göstermektedir.
Temelini imece kültürünün oluşturduğu Ahilik sistemi etik kültür, iş ahlakı, sigorta, örgütlü kadın girişimciliği, esnaf lonca sistemleri günümüz meslek kuruluşları ve kadın girişim organizasyonlarında derin izler bırakmıştır. İnancımız binlerce yıldır kolektif yaşam bilincine sahip insanlığın kooperatifleşme tarihinin 1848 yılında sanayileşme sürecinden daha eski olduğu kooperatifleşme tarihinin tüm dünyanın ortak bir mirası olduğu gerçeğinin kabul edilmesidir. Uygarlık tüm kültürlerin ortak mirasıdır. Kooperatifler kültürler, medeniyetler arasında bir dostluk ve ekonomik köprüdür. Baciyani, Rum kadınların dünyada ilk defa kurduğu sosyal bir kooperatiftir. Avrupalılar bu derneği Şamanist kadınlar olarak önemini azaltmak istese de bu dernek kadınları tekstil ve halıcılık alanlarında çalışmasını sağlayarak bir ekonomik model olarak tarih sahnesine çıkmıştır.
Çalışmamızda Ahilik felsefesinin mesleki organizasyonda gelişimindeki etkinliği ve kooperatif birliği, esnaf birliği ve sosyal kooperatifçilik modellerinde olan izleri incelenecektir.
