PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE VE AHİLİK SİSTEMİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

ÖZET

Pozitif Örgütsel Davranışın bir dalı olarak ortaya çıkan ve bireyin pozitif psikolojik gelişme durumunu ifade eden ‘Psikolojik Sermaye’ kavramı örgütlerde insanın değerini daha iyi anlamaya ve geliştirmeye katkı sunmakta ve önemi günden güne artmaktadır. Psikolojik sermaye kavramı bilinen sermaye türlerine (ekonomik, insan ve sosyal sermaye vb.) ilave olarak kabul edilmekte ve öz yeterlilik, umut, iyimserlik ve psikolojik dayanıklılık özellikleri ile açıklanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ahilik sisteminin ilkeleri, insana yaklaşımı, öğretileri ve eğitimleri, psikolojik sermaye kavramının özellikleri ve uygulamaları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Ahilik Sisteminin içerisinde var olan ve uygulanan birçok unsurun bugün psikolojik sermaye olarak bilinen kavramla örtüştüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ahilik Sisteminin özellikle örgütsel pozitif davranış ve örgütsel pozitif psikoloji açısından farklı çalışmalar yapılarak derinlemesine incelenmesi, işletmeler açısından bugün var olan birçok sorunun çözümünde faydalı olabilir.

COMPARISON OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AND AKHISM SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

 

The concept of 'Psychological Capital' which emerges as a branch of Positive Organizational Behavior and expresses the positive psychological development of the individual contributes to better understanding and development of the value of people in organizations and the importance increases day by day. The conceptof psychological capital is accepted as an addition to the known types of capital (economic, human and social capital) and is explained by its characteristicsof self-sufficiency, hope, optimism and psychological endurance. In this study, the principles of the Akhism system, human approach, teaching and training were compared with the features and applications of the concept of psychological capital. Many elements that exist and apply within the Akhism System have been reached as the result that they are now synonymous with the concept known as psychological capital. Indepth study of the Akhism System, especially in terms of organizational positive behavior and organizational positive psychology, may be useful in solving many problems that exist today in terms of businesses.
