AHİ EVRAN-I VELİ’NÎN 13. YY.’DAKİ BENCHMARKING UYGULAMALARI

ÖZET

Milletler, toplumlar, bireyler ve onların bünyelerinde barınan işlet­meler, acımasız rekabet koşulları altında ayakta kalmak, mücadelele­rini sürekli kılmak ve başarmak için kendi özlerini araştırıp değerle­rine ve kültürlerine sahip çıkmak zorundadırlar. Aksi taktirde bas­makalıp yöntemleri kendi bünyelerinde uygulamaları, bünyenin bu yapıyı reddetmesi doğal sonucunu getirecektir. Nitekim, 20. yy. ’m sonlarına doğru önemli bir güç olarak ortaya çıkan Kalite, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve Benchmarking (Kıyaslama) kavramları aslında çok yabancı olduğumuz kavramlar değildir. Benchmarking, Anado­lu’da 13. yy. ’da Ahi Evran-ı Veli’nin geliştirdiği Ahilik felsefesinde ele alınmış olan ve o yıllarda lonca teşkilatları taraf ndan pek çok uygu­lamasının yapıldığı bir tekniktir. Bu çalışmadaki amaç; 21. yy. ’ın önemli yönetim anlayışlarından biri kabul edilen ve Toplam Kalite Yönetiminde problem çözme tekniklerinden biri olan benchmarking kavramının 13. yy. ’da Ahilik felsefesi ile işlendiğini ortaya koymaktır.

ABSTRACT

The nations, societies, individuals and the enterprises that shelter in their constitutions have to defend their value and cultures to search their origins, to survive under cruel conditions of competence and to continue their survivals. Otherwise; practicing the simple methods into their constitutions will bring the natural result of rejecting this struc­ture. The concepts of the quality which has taken place as an im­portant power towards the end of 20th century. The direction of total quality and the benchmarking aren't really the concepts that we aren't familiar. The benchmarking is a method that was studied in the phi- losophY ofAkhism which was improved by AhiEvrafl-i Veli in 13th century in Anatolia and about which was made a lot of studies by the organizations of guild in those years. The aim of this study is to prove that the concept Of benchmarking, which was known as one of the important directing apprehensions in 20th century and which was one of the solving problem methods, was studied with the philosophy of Akishm in 13th century
